The recommended asking price was right on, and there was immediate wide interest in the property. She advised us on how to prepare the house and garden for maximum effect -- depersonalize, declutter, and simplify. We did our best to follow that advice, and the extraordinary video she had made showed the best possible views to prospective buyers. after just one weekend of open houses we had three offers over the asking price, and a stiff competition developing among them. Our choice of buyers was largely based on their love of the garden and the access to a great outdoor life available to their family. Our move was hectic, but Hong coached us through it successfully. No one could have done a better job. We give her 5 stars.

Marty went above and beyond in helping us throughout the whole process from the putting the offer to explaining the addendums and more. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer questions was great.

She helped us get an offer accepted immediately on the first house we looked at. When we got the well report after they accepted our offer, she called for second opinions and contractor help to see how easy the situation was to fix and costs. After getting advice from well companies and talking it over, she easily helped us pull our offer so that we were not stuck in situation that we were not comfortable with one bit for our family.

With our new home, she still went above and beyond by setting up all the inspections, well tests, septic, and contractor appointments with ease. She was willing to answer questions as they came up with clarity and made sure we fully understood it all. When we signed all the paperwork a couple of weeks ago, she was congratulating us on the phone immediately. A week after she is still checking with us to make sure we are fully supported if needed with extra insurance and contacts to potential contractors.
